Before Your Visit

Before you visit us, please take a few moments to read the details below. We strive to make your visit as pleasurable and enjoyable as possible.

Swimming Pool and Sauna

The Swimming Pool (May to October) and Sauna (all year around)


Opening Time:     10.00am to 8.00pm

To maintain the temperature and cleanness, the pool cover will remain closed. If you would like to use the pool, please phone us 01837 871304 and we will open it for you. Please also let us know when you finish, so that we can close it for you.

Please do not use any glassware near the hot tub or swimming pool. You will find plastic glasses in the mini-bar in the sauna lounge or just asking us and we will provide some for you. Guests are not allowed to bring food and drinks into swimming pool area.

Your Private Hot Tub

The hot tub is in the enclosed garden of the coach house for your most privacy, we monitor the water quality everyday with treatment to ensure the highest healthy and safety standard. Please be sure to cover the hot tub when you are not using it.


Hydro Pool Spa and Lounge

We know that some of the most memorable spa experiences are with friends and we welcome group bookings. Please check out our spa packages and special offers. If you need any extras to make the day special, from Champagne to birthday cakes, please call us in advance and we can arrange this for you. We require a 50% deposit to confirm group bookings.

If you book a treatment with us, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment. You will be welcomed by one of our experienced therapists who will confirm your booking details. During your treatment wear anything in which you feel comfortable. For our Signature Bath Treatments, please bring your own swimwear. For Day Spa guests, you will be given a fluffy bathrobe, towel and slippers, all of which must be returned at the end of the day. Should you wish to purchase these items, please contact reception.

All treatment times include a five-minute therapist consultation to ensure we provide the highest of standard treatment that meets your every need. 

Health Concerns

We want you to enjoy your experience at our Spa and ask you to raise any health concerns when you make your appointment. This will enable us to recommend treatments that are most suitable for you. We will ask you to complete a short medical questionnaire to ensure that treatments are safe and appropriate.

Spa Etiquette and Mobile Phones

We would really appreciate it if you would help us to maintain a certain level of quietness and avoid using mobile telephones. Smoking is not permitted on the relaxation balcony.


Children are welcome use the outdoor pool and private hot tub, but are not permitted to use the hydro pool spa and spa lounge. All children in and around the outdoor pool area must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Treatments cancelled within 48 hours or non attendance will incur a 100% cancellation charge. Spa full and half-day bookings cancelled within 72 hours or non attendance will incur a 100% cancellation charge. Cancellation fees may be waived if you reschedule your booking within four weeks
